About Group Tours

CYT Chicago’s ever popular Group Tours are the perfect outing for you and your friends. Learn how everything runs behind the curtain with a backstage tour, meet the cast, receive an exclusive CYT fun patch and more. Come experience the magic of theater! Perfect for girl scouts, boy scouts, birthdays, youth groups, homeschool groups, and clubs.

Plan to arrive one (1) hour before showtime for your pre-show, backstage tour.
*Pre-show tours are not available at school day performances or the closing performance*

Tour Package

  • $19 per child (Girl Scout/Boy Scout, club member, birthday party attendees, etc.)
  • $17 per Chaperone (two (2) chaperone maximum for each group of 10 children)
  • 10 child minimum for tour groups
Touring child receives: 
  • Ticket to performance
  • 30 minute backstage tour
  • Cast member meet and greet
  • Exclusive CYT Fun Patch
Chaperones receive: 
  • Ticket to performance
  • Attend 30 minute backstage tour
  • Cast member meet and greet
Family Discount
  • Family members of Tour Groups who are just purchasing a ticket (not participating in the other group activities) can purchase tickets for the discounted rate of $17.
  • Family members do not receive: backstage tour, meet and greet, or patch.
  • Family member tickets must be purchased with the group order to receive the discounted rate.
