This course is designed to familiarize students with a group of common accents and  dialects (primarily American, British, and European) and to provide them with a set of exercises and resources  for improving their skills in vocal transformation. We’ll take you from England, to France, to Russia, and back.  Take a trip across the United States from the Valley in California, to Texas, to the Jersey Shore. Tap into your  inner storyteller, news anchor, cartoon voices and more. Actors will learn, practice, and perfect some of the  most diverse dialects and accents from around the world. Explore different consonant sounds, vowel sounds,  tongue placement, breath support, rhythms, colloquialisms and more.
